EXPERIENCE
As an Account Specialist with Alfred Music, I support customers in a high-velocity sales environment, interacting with accounts to process orders, increase order size by recommending additional publications for purchase, and all other means to increase life time value of customers - B2B and B2C.
With InClover Research, I managed two full-time employees, and together, we executed marketing strategies and education initiatives for customers, events, new package designs, and new product launches. In addition, I optimized our e-commerce site, shop.inclover.com, and supported our Amazon listings.
At Moving Leads by First Movers Advantage, I created postcard designs for our customer's direct mail campaigns. I designed and executed all in-house marketing campaigns and designs like email newsletters, social media posts, website content, etc.
In my previous role at Republic National Distributing Company (RNDC), I was on the Trade Marketing Team where we supported our suppliers with a variety of programs to help grow their brands. I managed the truck wrap service we provided nationally and supported the digital marketing services. I contributed to the grassroots effort of organizing and uploading product content to the company's e-commerce platform eRNDC
Early in my career, I supported large to small brands with their advertising campaigns as an Account Executive and Manager at Taylor West Advertising. Our clients came from diverse backgrounds ranging from banks, to law firms, to distilled spirits, to ranches. IBC Bank was our largest client where I supported annual strategies, budgets, and rolling out omnichannel campaigns across the state of Texas and Oklahoma.
